Content generated by our AI belongs to the user who requested it. However, the technology, algorithms and platform interface are owned by Viralfy.ai and protected by copyright.

• Prices may be changed with 30 days prior notice
• Refunds follow our cancellation policy
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

Viralfy.ai is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and/or through the platform, taking effect 30 days after notification.
